This person is a key member of the marketing team and assists with developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across a broad range of online platforms.

What you'll do:
- Develop cross-platform advertising campaigns as assigned
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.
- Create and manage Google Ad Words advertising campaigns
- Create and manage other advertising campaigns on new, upcoming or relevant digital platforms
- Execute retargeting advertising campaigns
- Develop written content for digital advertising campaigns; work with Strategic Communications & Marketing storytellers to assure that the University's messages are unique and stand out amongst peers
- Develop and/or organize the visual identify of digital advertising campaigns; work with Strategic Communications & Marketing visual storytellers to assure that the University's messages are unique and stand out amongst peers
- Coordinate with others in Strategic Communications & Marketing to develop integrated advertising that aligns with the University's brand and goals
- Stay within established budgetary restrictions when developing digital advertising campaigns
- Advise other marketers at the University of digital advertising best practices and be prepared in certain circumstances to develop advertising campaigns for those areas
- At times, work with approved vendors to execute digital advertising campaigns
- Accurately measure all digital advertising campaigns and develop reports and best practices based on insights
- Learn of the latest trends in digital advertising and develop ways the University can utilize this information in its marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience required
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in developing and managing digital advertising campaigns
- Experience in using Google Analytics and other similar reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop written copy
- Demonstrated ability to understand a variety of goals and audiences
- Ability to clearly articulate (written and verbal) strategies and plans to achieve goals
- Ability to learn latest industry trends
- Self-starter and can lead independently and proactively
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and high attention to detail
