What You'll Do:
- Drive New Business: Maintain a proactive, self-starter attitude while developing and executing outreach strategies to generate new advertising leads.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify and engage new prospects, understanding their needs and how Rockbot's advertising solutions can help them.
- Learn & Adapt: Participate in product training to build a deep understanding of our advertising and media solutions.
- Engage with Prospects: Be the initial point of contact for new advertisers, introducing Rockbot's advertising opportunities and determining the next steps.
- Manage Communication: Maintain consistent and active engagement with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team and contributing to sales opportunities.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Present fresh, lead generation ideas in weekly sales meetings and actively participate in strategy discussions.
What You've Done:
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably as a BDR/SDR, with a proven track record of generating and nurturing leads.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with enterprise software or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
- Prospecting Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools, and the ability to efficiently track and manage leads.
- Research & Closing Skills: Demonstrated experience closing deals using data-driven market research and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
- Commercial Awareness: An understanding of brand value and how to establish rapport with local advertisers effectively.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations and engage in public speaking.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
- Work Ethic & Ambition: A driven attitude, a desire to learn, and a passion for building meaningful connections with potential advertisers.

Compensation:
Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
The compensation band for this role is $55K-$65K base, plus commission - total comp $85-$105, equity, and benefits for all team members.
