Position Summary:

What you'll do:

  1. Tracks sales performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements necessary changes to achieve sales targets.
  2. Leverages specialized knowledge and experience to contribute to the organization's success.
  3. Uses performance reports to inform discussions and decision-making about sales strategies and communicates performance results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborates with other departments (for example, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure the alignment of the sales strategy with the overall company strategy.
  5. Collaborates closely with C-suite leaders across their client portfolios, playing a critical role in shaping and implementing the business and strategy.
  6. Identifies, develops, and implements effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in emerging markets by analyzing market trends and competitive landscape.
  7. Advocates for the needs and interests of clients, the sales team, and the organization by using influential skills to promote sales initiatives, ideas, and strategies.
  8. Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices.
  9. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
  10. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
  11. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related area.
  2. 7 years' experience in advertising sales, advertising, retail, ecommerce, or related area.
  3. 4 years' experience leading teams.
  4. Demonstrated work history of consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Selling or executing paid search and/or retail media solutions.
  2. Solving complex problems, with a mindset toward scalability.
