Painting With a Twist is a FUN, innovative paint-and-sip art studio. We are excited to announce we are now hiring charismatic art instructors to join our teams in Daytona Beach serving Volusia and Flagler counties.

We are looking for dynamic, artistic painters with teaching experience to work in a creative, entertaining environment as a Stage Artist & Floor Artist.

You must be able to engage and guide both small groups and classes of up to 50 people to painting an acrylic painting in 2-3 hours.

Classes and parties are offered 7 days a week during the day and evening hours. Classes are primarily in the evening throughout the week. We offer classes on Saturdays and Sundays, some of which are geared toward families with children.

Weekend availability is required, so we will not consider applicants without weekend availability.

You must be able to reproduce our paintings, teach others (mostly beginners) to paint them, and be entertaining while doing so. This is not a formal art class - it is a FUN night out for our guests and you are the host!

The ideal candidate will have some performing experience, for example, artists who are actors, singers, musicians, comedians, funk art teachers, and all around entertainers. So make sure to tell us about more than just your painting experience.

Please make sure to tell us why you think our customers will enjoy taking a class with you. If we have a successful phone interview then you will be asked to audition in-person at our studio. DESIRED

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Basic computer skills and internet knowledge

Time management and communication skills

College degree in Art or Design related field (preferred but not required)

Some experience in leading a group of people (classroom or otherwise preferred)

Customer Service Experience preferred

Must have a reliable means of transportation

Must be PROMPT and RELIABLE TO APPLY
