Job Posting: Artist & Entertainer at Painting with a Twist

Are you an energetic, creative, and outgoing artist who loves sharing the joy of painting? Painting with a Twist is looking for talented Art Instructors to lead our fun-filled painting events in a party atmosphere!

At Painting with a Twist, we don’t paint fine art — we paint fun art! If you can teach a room full of guests how to paint, keep the energy lively, and even serve a glass of wine or beer, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Teach: Lead a 2- to 3-hour painting class step-by-step for guests with varying skill levels in a relaxed, fun environment.

• Entertain: Keep the atmosphere upbeat and enjoyable with your personality, energy, and enthusiasm.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional guest experiences, including making them feel comfortable and confident in their artwork.

• Serve Drinks: Safely and responsibly serve beer and wine to guests (you must have your MAST certification).

• Set Up & Clean Up: Assist with preparing the studio before events and ensuring everything is cleaned and organized afterward.

Qualifications

• MAST Certification: Applicants must hold a valid MAST permit and be eligible to serve alcohol in compliance with local laws.

• Artistic Ability: A strong foundation in art (painting is preferred), with the ability to break down techniques into simple, fun steps for guests.

• Public Speaking Skills: Comfortable leading and entertaining groups of up to 40 people.

• Energetic Personality: Must be outgoing, upbeat, and ready to create a party-like atmosphere!

• Availability: Nights and weekends are required as our classes typically take place during these times.

Preferred Skills

• Previous teaching, performing, or public speaking experience is a big plus.

• Customer service or bartending experience is beneficial.
