About the Team


In this role you are critical in contributing to the success of the Creative Production team as a Digital Production Artist



About the Role


As a Production Assistant you will work collaboratively with Creative Production team members to aid in the placement of high-quality digital assets to help drive website conversion and meet business objectives. You will be charged with file prep and optimization of rendered image files within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, along with QA and any other tasks necessary to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn's visual standards down to the smallest detail.



Responsibilities



  • Prep, optimize, organize, and upload a high volume of product assets.

  • Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system.

  • Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches, making sure product pages feature up-to-date imagery and are aligned with our current style guides.

  • Maintain communication with a wide array of cross-functional partners, ensuring that projects and update requests are followed through to completion.


Criteria



  • 2+ years of experience working on a production team for an eCommerce brand.

  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills while proactively optimizing processes.

  • Possesses outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Adapts to changing timelines and deliverables.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP formulas, VBA basics) is a plus.

  • This role requires being onsite in the Ice House office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $37.00 hourly. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
