About the Team
In this role you are critical in contributing to the success of the Creative Production team as a Digital Production Artist
About the Role
As a Production Assistant you will work collaboratively with Creative Production team members to aid in the placement of high-quality digital assets to help drive website conversion and meet business objectives. You will be charged with file prep and optimization of rendered image files within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, along with QA and any other tasks necessary to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn's visual standards down to the smallest detail.
Responsibilities
Prep, optimize, organize, and upload a high volume of product assets.
Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system.
Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches, making sure product pages feature up-to-date imagery and are aligned with our current style guides.
Maintain communication with a wide array of cross-functional partners, ensuring that projects and update requests are followed through to completion.
Criteria
2+ years of experience working on a production team for an eCommerce brand.
Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills while proactively optimizing processes.
Possesses outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Adapts to changing timelines and deliverables.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP formulas, VBA basics) is a plus.
This role requires being onsite in the Ice House office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $37.00 hourly. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
