The Associate Director, Audio Investment's role is to provide the media leadership on client business across a high-profile account. This involves having a sense for media principles and applying them to client investment plans. A successful Associate Director must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work and lead a group in a team environment. The AD manages a team of Associates in their development, investment execution, and maintenance of multiple audio investments for several clients. They will lead account contact for all issues, requests, and strategy/client discussions. The Associate Director must focus on achieving performance goals and driving results for clients.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$90,000-$125,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Qualifications
- Possesses a mastery of knowledge across all audio platforms
- Assist with workflow and maximize team's effectiveness and efficiencies
- Create solutions and solve problems using data/research
- Stays on top of client/planning deliverables and ensures timely delivery from the team
- Is the lead contact for the team and keeps direct reports accountable for their work
- Immediately acts on new tasks and devices a plan to deliver
- Is able to constantly look for ways to enhance client plans and find creative ways to achieve client goals and objectives
- Constantly stays abreast of marketplace and landscape changes and incorporates into audio plans
- Embraces the team approach and is able to build strong relationships with all internal and external parties
- Able to effectively present data, research, buys in a clear and concise fashion
- Focused on client business objectives and needs, with focus on performance and driving results
- Challenge direct reports to solve challenges in unique ways - lets them learn from new experiences and widen their scope of how to solve various tasks.
- Able to effectively negotiate client plans with vendors, while involving direct reports in the process so they can learn techniques and what is expected when negotiating
- Direct interaction with clients during presentations of buys as well as status meetings
Responsibilities
- 5-6 years of Media Investment Experience, including Digital Activations
- Experience managing at least 2-5 direct reports
- Innovative thinker & problem solver, Integrating new ideas into Audio media plans
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task & shift focus across initiatives as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Strong presentation skills - comfortable presenting information to clients via conference call and in person
- Experience focusing on client business and objectives, and is able to tailor plans and projects to fit their needs
