Our client, a top performing commercial investment sales team with a track-record of multi-million dollar gross commissions annually seeks a highly innovative Content Creator to elevate the team’s social media, increase brand awareness, and generate new business.

The Content Creator will work closely with the team's leader and senior team members to produce high-quality digital content, including, but not limited to: short-form and long-form video, social media graphics, custom photography and carousels, and more.

The ideal Content Creator candidate is equal parts an individual contributor and a team player, tech savvy, digitally fluent, with an eye for design, and a producer’s vision.

This is an in-office role located in Encino 5 days/week.

A day in the life of the successful Content Creator includes, but is not limited to:

  • Concept Development: Generating fresh, creative ideas and themes for social content that align with our brand, target audience, and goals. Developing, creating, and editing high quality content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) that drive engagement and growth

  • Content Production: Producing engaging high quality social media content, including still images, graphics, short-form and long-form video, animations, and carousels, optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more that drive engagement and growth

  • Utilizing AI to generate, enhance, and refine content strategies, including creation efforts

  • Collaborating with creators and influencers to amplify the content creation process

  • Analyzing performance metrics and engagement and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes and improve content strategies. Tracking viral trends and leverage them in content creation and planning

  • Visual Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives through visual content that connects with audiences on an emotional level and strengthens brand identity

  • Video Creation & Editing: Planning, shooting, and editing videos (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube shorts) to meet platform-specific requirements and capture brand aesthetics effectively

  • Graphic Design: Utilizing design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing graphics that enhance brand messaging and resonate with target audiences

  • Trend Monitoring: Keeping a pulse on social media trends, emerging content formats, competitor activity, and emerging technology and creative best practices to continuously inspire and elevate content creation and tracking viral trends and leverage them in content creation and planning to maximize views, engagement, and followers

  • Content Calendar: Collaborating with the team to map out and organize a monthly content calendar that aligns with each client’s unique brand voice and aesthetic


Requirements
The ideal Content Creator candidate possesses the following skills & experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation, including graphic design, video production, editing, and visual storytelling

  • Highly proficient in both content creating and editing with strong attention to detail and a track record of creating high quality, engaging content that generates significant engagement

  • Experience with growing either your personal or a brand's page social media presence

  • Commercial real estate marketing and branding experience is a huge plus

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and familiarity with analytics tools

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can manage tasks effectively both remotely and in-office

  • Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy

  • Strong experience collaborating with influencers and creators to boost content reach

  • A pulse on the latest digital trends and viral content tactics

  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance

  • Proficient in content production tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and visual strategies

  • A creative eye and attention to detail, with a data-informed approach to adapting content
