As the Creative Director, you’ll be the primary architect of our client’s content experience, ensuring every project is not only innovative but also fully aligned with brand objectives. You’ll take ownership of content creation, manage team workflows, and drive client satisfaction as the main point of contact. Your role demands a proactive approach to storytelling, strategic thinking, and seamless collaboration to deliver consistently high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Script Content Creation
Craft engaging scripts for videos, podcasts, and specialized social content, capturing the client’s voice and the attention of the ideal recruit. Adapt and refine content based on performance metrics and audience feedback, ensuring scripts are impactful and value-driven.
2. Team Management and Quality Control
Oversee content production with a hands-on approach to quality control. Lead team managers and provide actionable feedback to editors and social media managers, ensuring content stays on-brand and error-free.
3. Create Brand Asset Packs
Develop comprehensive, versatile brand asset packs, including fonts, color palettes, and style guidelines. Collaborate with the editing team to ensure brand assets are up-to-date and adaptable across platforms.
