We are seeking a marketing generalist role; the PCF Insurance Marketing Specialist works closely with our partner offices and vendors to support the successful execution of scalable marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive cost savings through economies of scale and fuel our value-accretive expansion strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in onboarding new Partner Offices through data collection; posting information to appropriate customer relationship management systems and online directories; communicating with cross-functional teams; and organizing and executing onboarding calls.
* Identify, execute, and measure effectiveness of existing and potential marketing resources and initiatives to help Partner Offices reduce costs and enhance growth through:
* Tracking and updating projects in project management platform.
* Assisting Partner Offices with general marketing principles and how to leverage PCF Marketing tools and resources.
* Supporting the development of marketing collateral, proposals, websites, online and offline campaigns, surveys and more.
* Identifying opportunities to increase exposure of our Partner Offices.
* Create reports that monitor and track website and intranet performance.
* Track Partner Office editorial contributions and engagement.
* Serve as the Marketing & Communications team customer service representative for Partner Offices, engaging the right resources and accurately managing expectations, timely communications, and delivering on-time results under budget.
* Collect feedback, analyze, and report the results of various projects through documentation in project management tool and appropriate meetings.
* Identify marketing education opportunities and assist in creating scaled learning experiences to help elevate marketing know-how and capabilities.
* Collaborate, build relationships, and serve cross-functionally across our Growth & Operations team (property & casualty, health & benefits, carrier relations, risk management, and industry practice groups) and with PCF's Communications Specialists to source and develop meaningful content for a variety of mediums, including updates to and management of PCF intranet and website.
* Contribute to a strict quality assurance process to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance of content and messaging and alignment with the overall PCF brand and communications plan.
* Work in partnership with our preferred vendors, maintaining strong working relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college or university.
* 5+ years marketing-related experience supporting a corporate environment; insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry experience highly preferred.
* Strong grasp of targeted audiences with the know-how to clearly and creatively deliver marketing strategies that support our value-accretive expansion strategy.
* Detail-oriented with an ability to quickly adjust priorities as needed.
* Solid project management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with other platforms common to a marketing tech stack, including website content management systems (HubSpot), marketing automation, Google Analytics, project management platforms (Airtable), digital asset managers (Dovetail), and more.
* Estimated travel up to 30%

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience a plus.
