Media Content Architect Job at Insight Global in Austin

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Media Solution Architect/Content Manager to design and implement innovative technology solutions for content creation, management, and distribution platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture expertise with deep understanding of media workflows, storytelling, and content strategy to create scalable solutions that enhance our digital media capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end media solutions that support content creation, management, distribution, and analytics
- Lead the development of technical solutions for complex media workflows, including content production, asset management, and multi-platform delivery
- Develop architecture for video processing, animation rendering, and media storage solutions
- Design systems for script management, storyboarding, and creative workflow automation
- Architect analytics solutions to measure content performance and audience engagement
- Guide teams in implementing media-specific technical solutions while ensuring best practices in security and scalability
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and workflow specifications

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Media Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in media technology or digital content systems
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture roles within media/entertainment industry

Strong expertise in:
- Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Video processing and streaming technologies
- Animation and rendering systems
- Media workflow automation
- Analytics and measurement tools

Demonstrated experience with:
- Content strategy development
- Storytelling and narrative structure
- Script writing and management systems
- Video editing workflows
- Animation production pipelines
- Project management methodologies
- Content performance analytics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Media Technology or related field
- Professional certifications in relevant media technologies

*This role is ONSITE, so you must live/work near Austin, TX or Denver, CO*

Pay Rate between $40-45/hr (based on location and experience)

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
