Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategy Manager with a strong writing background to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of visual and written content across Hydroviv's website, social media platforms, paid media, and email campaigns. This role is pivotal in shaping and amplifying our brand voice and creating consistent, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our audience.

Core role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Hydroviv's brand objectives and target audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to build a content plan that is tailored to the customer shopping journey
  • Create benefit-driven copy and messaging that supports Hydroviv’s products and emphasizes our differentiation in the market
  • Create, edit, and proofread high-quality written content for the website, blog posts, social media updates, paid media, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams to produce video scripts that engage the customer and clearly communicate product benefits
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce engaging visuals that complement written materials
  • Manage campaign content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
  • Ensure all content aligns with platform-specific best practices to enhance online visibility
  • Review content performance metrics with cross functional teams and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Maintain and enforce written brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a similar role
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published work
  • Minimum of 2-3 management experience with freelance copywriters and editors
  • Strategic leadership developing story through the customer funnel 
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the water filtration industry or a related field is a plus
