The Digital Content Lead will be an evangelist of Today at Apple, and is responsible for planning, developing and delivering content that reflects Today at Apple programming, online. In this role, you will partner closely with Retail Engagement Marketing, Today at Apple Creative, Apple Store App, Apple Store Online, internal Apple partners, and external talent / agencies to conceive, create, produce and implement a content strategy that reflects brings our in store programming initiatives to the digital space. This further development of the digital element of Today at Apple and therefore making it accessible to customers outside our stores will require a strategic problem solver who has extensive experience managing content capture agencies, internal creative teams and a deep understanding of content strategy and integration.


**Description**


As the Digital Content Lead you will be responsible for managing the global content plan and bringing to life the vision and direction of Today at Apple online. You will manage the briefing of our internal partners and external creative agencies and must be an expert in managing multiple production timelines at once, have experience managing budgets and be available to travel for shoots as required. Additional Responsibilities include; Brief both internal and external agencies on content and shoot requirements and deliverables Understand deeply the responsibility and relationship of digital content in our ecosystem Work closely with all creative teams bringing the work to life, off the back of your brief Overlay all work through the lens of business priorities and ensure the work we are developing ladders up to these priorities and areas of focus across Apple Retail Plan, produce, track and implement each piece of content from concept phase to launch Track, monitor and build an insight's strategy for all video content we produce, across all channels Partner with Heads of Programming on key in store events that are happening to ensure we can capture those events and develop robust online plans to amplify the session in the online space Collaborate with the wider Apple organization to ensure that Today at Apple and the content we create is of the highest standard, is timely and is meeting the needs of our audience Work closely with Apple Store App team on content requirements and find new opportunities for Today at Apple content to be placed across the ecosystem Partner with Business Affairs to enable successful content captures in our Apple Retail Stores Manage the day to day relationship with the creative agency partner outside of Apple to ensure their work meets our brief and is to the high standard we expect Ensure each production, regardless of location runs smoothly and to budget Develop future state content plans that will see the work of Today at Apple Digital move with the growing needs of the business


**Minimum Qualifications**


+ Background in working in media and video content creation


+ Experience in creating short form social or segment based content at a media company or as part of a TV production


+ Minimum of 7+ years experience in a social content creation or at a media organization making video content or broadcast segments

+ Experience in managing concurrent complex project and production timelines while leading a project


+ Experience in leading cross functional projects, including both internal and external steak-holders

+ Developed and managed content plan that is fluid enough to allow the work that is being created to adjust to changing business needs


+ Experience hosting and sharing creative reviews both for work in progress and finalized content


+ Experience in managing social channels and hold a deep understanding of how what makes social content successful, formats across all platforms and how each social media platform works


+ Experience in a role that leveraged analytics to inform decisions and optimize content


+ Experience in overseeing a complex production budget and delivering projects to that budget and on time


+ High attention to detail and an obsession with the details


+ High degree of ownership and accountability across the work you are driving and the cross-functional team you are a part of


+ Passion for storytelling that is developed to support the medium where content is being placed, always focused on what is best for your audience


+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills


+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused while juggling multiple tasks, opinions and perspectives

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs.
