Position Overview
The UX Designer IV will play a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product. This position involves a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to create effective user experiences across various platforms and devices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to visualize user flows and interfaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement design solutions Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback for improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch Experience in designing Enterprise products and software design and development. Background in Media or Entertainment. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Miro, and Confluence Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile methodologies
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
