Position Overview: Contract-to-Hire (3 Months)
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team initially on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

- Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams, including writers, designers, marketers, and clients, to bring creative visions to life.
- Analytical Acumen: Capacity to analyze data and insights to inform creative decisions and measure the success of campaigns.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt strategies to changing circumstances and to embrace new tools and technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visual Concept Creation: Developing original design ideas to meet specific project needs.
- Multi-platform Design: Creating graphics suitable for various media including print, digital, social, and different formats including motion and still.
- Client Collaboration: Working closely with the team leader to understand client needs and vision.
- Scene Visualization and Cohesion: Develop rough sketches or digital illustrations for each key scene or screen, establish visual continuity and flow across the storyboard sequence. Incorporate directorial notes, script elements, or viewer journey details.
- Transition Design: Design transitions between scenes or screens
- Frame Annotation: Annotate storyboard frames with relevant information (e.g., camera angles, motion descriptions, interface elements)
- Revision Implementation: Incorporating feedback and making necessary changes to designs.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Staying current with evolving design trends and technologies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs align with established brand guidelines.
- Time Management: Efficiently allocating time and resources across various projects.
- Effective Communication: Clearly conveying ideas and rationales to clients and team members.
- Package Design: Developing attractive and functional packaging for products.
- Digital Illustration: Creating original artwork using digital tools and techniques.
- Motion Graphics: Designing animated visual elements for projects.
