The Indianapolis Colts are seeking an experienced full-time Creative Video Producer to assist with the day-to-day needs of the Colts Productions department. The ideal candidate will be one with a robust video production portfolio, strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and a desire to continue to grow in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Produce, shoot and edit engaging video content for all Colts' digital platforms
- Shoot Colts' games, practices, events, and features
- Shoot and edit Colts' Press Conferences
- Shoot and edit Colts' community outreach events
- Shoot and edit Colts' Podcasts
- Collaborate with other departments to finish projects in a timely manner
- Assist in media management and footage labeling
- Travel for in-season road games as well as off-season feature productions
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred).
- Advanced non-linear video editing, coloring and cinematography skillset.
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Davinci Resolve or Lumetri Color
- Arri and Sony Cinema Camera eco-systems
- A strong understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production).
- Effective communication skills in both managing and willingness to accept, discuss and implement feedback.
- A demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and alongside multiple creative verticals.
- Be able to showcase a strong knowledge of the NFL.
