Salary Range: $155,000-$175,000/yearly

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Delivers strong campaign concepts and day-to-day work with extreme proficiency
- Partner with ACD, Art to manage the creative team at large, including workloads/resourcing, developing individuals, as well as the final creative product
- Partner with all cross-capability leads to successfully lead the team, grow the business, and shepherd the client's brand
- Work with creative leadership & cross-capability partners to weigh in on scopes & estimates, timelines, day-to-day workload of the writing team
- Own team's workload & the relationship with Resourcing to support in both day-to-day needs as well as PTO/backfill situations
- Partner with clients to understand their brand's challenges and solve them
- Contribute strategically to the long-term vision of the brand, both internally and with clients, including Brand Planning
- Lead copy direction in new business initiatives, playing a crucial role in pitches and contributing to the overall strategic vision for potential clients
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Fine Arts, Journalism or related field
- 8+ years of experience in pharma advertising
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates deep experience & leadership in healthcare with an emphasis on conceptual work
- An expert in healthcare marketing, copywriting, creative strategy, and a consummate pro at working with and managing others
- Solid creative direction skills; the ability to evaluate creative work and provide clear, concise direction that inspires others to push the work
- Comfortable leading the team in the day-to-day then switching gears to work one-on-one to solve copy-specific challenges
- Experience in campaign launches, from concepting and shooting through execution
- Experience on shoots
Salary Range: $155,000-$175,000/yearly
