Job Details
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage building and system concepts, ensuring comprehensive documentation from schematic design through construction administration, within the assigned discipline.
- Serve as the discipline team leader for small to medium-sized projects when designated.
- Supervise and guide project team members within the discipline.
- Prepare and track project status reports.
- Conduct research on materials and products as needed for project development.
- Perform and document code research required for the project.
- Attend and participate in project meetings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other discipline team leaders to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Review and interpret project documents and submittals during bidding and construction administration phases.
- Oversee staff to ensure high-quality architectural and engineering services within a collaborative project team environment.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; licensure is a plus.
- LEED Accreditation is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry is preferred.
- Proficient in computer use and CADD software.
