Job Details



Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage building and system concepts, ensuring comprehensive documentation from schematic design through construction administration, within the assigned discipline.
  • Serve as the discipline team leader for small to medium-sized projects when designated.
  • Supervise and guide project team members within the discipline.
  • Prepare and track project status reports.
  • Conduct research on materials and products as needed for project development.
  • Perform and document code research required for the project.
  • Attend and participate in project meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other discipline team leaders to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Review and interpret project documents and submittals during bidding and construction administration phases.
  • Oversee staff to ensure high-quality architectural and engineering services within a collaborative project team environment.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; licensure is a plus.
  • LEED Accreditation is desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer use and CADD software.
