Weekly 40.00 hours [Mon to Fri]

Qualifications:
•Self-directed and outcome driven!

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in adult learning preferred

•Strong instructional design experience for all levels of learners, from onboarding to leadership.

•Experience with eLearning, LMS, authoring tools and graphic design.

•Experience managing medium to large scale projects and vendor relationships.

•Facilitation and training experience a plus.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 

Responsibilities:
The Instructional System Designer is a support specialist who designs, develops and delivers education and training curricula directly related to individual and team learning and performance. This role will lead and participate in client global services learning and development projects that improve the quality of the learners experience. With a keen focus on curricula development in support of multi-modal training delivery, this role will play a critical role in driving programs that have a positive experience for client customers and workforce.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, publish and maintain new instructor-led training programs using the following methodologies.â—¦ ADDIE â—¦Merrill’s Principles of Instruction (MPI) â—¦Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction â—¦Bloom’s Taxonomy

•Redesign existing training curricula from MS PowerPoint to Instructor Guides, Student Guides, Instructional Media Material (IMM), Test Plans and Lab Guides

•Maintain a BD library of approved version controlled training content and materials •Identify learning resources to support employee development.

•If determined, develop effective e-learning solutions that drive learner performance outcomes

•Manage content vendor relationships.
