The Role

As Hårklinikken's Digital Designer, you will lead the charge in driving innovative designs for our campaigns and programs, transforming ideas into stunning visual experiences. You will be instrumental in the consistency of the Hårklinikken brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.

Collaborating closely with Marketing & Brand and Digital teams, you will create compelling visual content that amplifies our marketing and communication efforts. You should be a mid-weight designer with experience and confidence in building new concepts, layouts and driving innovation through primarily digital touchpoints.

Primary Relationships

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, within Hårklinikken, the Digital Designer has primary working relationships with the Marketing & Brand team.

JobResponsibilities

  • Oversee and execute design for all brand collateral, including print, digital platforms (email campaigns, banners, websites, and paid media), pop-ups/events, logos, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter to enhance visual strategies for launches and activations, creating content that is distinctly Hårklinikken.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints and that assets are delivered against agreed timescales.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's digital design system, ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and oversee art direction for shoots, ensuring visuals are on-brand, diverse, contemporary, and aligned with the overarching brand direction.
  • Oversee post-production of all content shoots, including image selection, retouching, color approval, and final delivery of assets to the wider team.
  • Analyze customer data to inform and steer future creative decisions, identifying hero shots for campaigns and showcasing their application across brand assets.
  • Research trends and develop innovative designs that resonate with consumers and reflect cultural relevance.
  • Present creative ideas with fresh perspectives, delivering clear and compelling presentations.
Core Competencies
  • Education in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design preferred.
  • 3-5 years of digital design experience, UXUI or product design experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe CS and Figma.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced scale-up environment and working well with various teams.
  • Knowledge of retail, beauty, and current trends.
  • Natural problem solver, capable of suggesting improvements for shoots and production methods
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, creative curiosity, and resilience.
  • Strong passion for hair and scalp health.
