We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This position is key in enhancing our visual identity and supporting our marketing initiatives across various platforms.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging design solutions for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and retail promotions. This role will focus heavily on graphic design while also contributing to content creation for social media and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be hungry, detail-oriented, organized, and a great and positive team player, eager to collaborate interdepartmentally to drive the marketing team’s projects forward.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Branding

  • Create visually compelling one-pagers, sales sheets, social media graphics, newsletters, merchandise designs, and asset updates that align with brand standards.
  • Design and update in-store signage and artwork, collaborating with retail partners to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide print-ready files for in-house and partner use.
  • Generate motion graphics (e.g., Lottie files) for dynamic, fast-loading animations that complement digital content.

Website Support

  • Collaborate on website asset development, creating and updating graphics and branded elements to ensure consistency.
  • Communicate with developers for necessary website changes; manage and implement updates as needed (e.g., images and copy).

Content Creation & Social Media Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Create promotional newsletters, social media menus, and video reels for retail partners.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to design assets for new strain launches, promotions, and events, ensuring a strong online presence.
  • Assist in community management

Marketing & Retail Signage

  • Design signage for retail partners and events, managing relationships with print vendors as needed.
  • Create collateral for rolling bars (menus, decals) for pop-up or retail events.

Support for New Press and PR

  • Design assets for new press releases, maintaining an up-to-date archive of materials.
  • Create visually appealing social slides and graphics for press highlights.

Photo Retouching and Deployment

  • Retouch, enhance and Batch-edit photos for use across websites, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality and on-brand visuals.
  • Employ AI tools to enhance productivity.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Proactively oversee project timelines and asset deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met while coordinating with stakeholders across departments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and external agencies to conceptualize new brand artwork and campaign ideas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar role within marketing or advertising.
  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Slack, MS Teams) to track project progress and deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for design excellence.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of digital advertising formats and requirements for web, social media, and mobile platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce or product-based design, especially in a retail environment.
  • Basic familiarity with photography and videography to support content creation efforts.
  • Passionate about the cannabis industry.
