Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Provide personalized fashion advice and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and store merchandise. Be knowledgeable about product details, pricing, and promotions. Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations. Merchandising: Maintain the store's visual appeal by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring a tidy and organized environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies. Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Ensure all sales are properly recorded and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift. Customer Feedback: Actively seek and listen to customer feedback to improve services and meet their needs. Requirements: Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of apparel sales experience required. Language Skills: Business-level fluency in Japanese (N1 level) is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus. Able to commute to the store location. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for fashion and trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems. Preferred Skills: Jewelry sales experience. VMD (Visual Merchandising) experience.
