Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our corporate marketing department. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience and possess outstanding design skills, a keen eye for detail, photography experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing content for our four brands (AIRCARE, MasterCool, Champion Cooler, and Essick Air) across various platforms, while ensuring brand consistency. You must be able to provide an online portfolio to be considered for this position. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales materials and literature for our brands.
- Write, edit, and illustrate product manuals.
- Design and update compelling packaging.
- Provide layout and content for quarterly newsletter.
- Create social media graphics and online image content.
- Oversee all photography needs, on location and in-studio shoots.
- Balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines and team direction on all projects.
- Ensure accuracy in all creative work.
- Stay updated on design and typography trends.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting strict deadlines.
- Perform other duties occasionally assigned to support teammates and management.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field; or 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
- Expert in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and photography.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude in responding to critiques and changes, with the ability to make revisions accurately and succinctly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of professional lighting and techniques for photos and video shoots.
Preferred Experience or Willingness to Learn:
- Assist with managing social media channels.
- Video editing with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CANVA, CapCut, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and UI/UX design.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Occasionally, stand for up to one hour.
