Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Marketing Manager for one of our clients in Rock Hill, SC!
This position is a contract to hire opportunity.
Job Summary:
As our Marketing Manager, you will act as a one-person marketing team, responsible for strategizing, executing, and evaluating all marketing efforts. From campaign creation to brand management and data analysis, you will ensure that our marketing aligns with our business goals and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and growth targets.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to engage and attract our target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Manage paid and organic digital campaigns, including social media, PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
- Brand Management: Maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Event and Campaign Management: Plan and execute product launches, webinars, trade shows, and promotional events independently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a solo or small-team capacity.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
