We are offering a permanent placement opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Residential & Commercial construction clients' team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s identity, driving business growth, and ensuring that all marketing efforts reflect our high standards and commitment to quality.


Responsibilities:

• Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media management. • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. • Creating and managing high-impact video content and TV advertising campaigns that showcase our services and drive brand recognition. • Leading content creation across various channels, including blogs, press releases, and promotional materials. • Analyzing the performance of all marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed for maximum ROI. • Leading and mentoring a growing marketing team, fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. • Representing the organization at local events, trade shows, and in the community to promote the brand. • Managing and evolving the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. • Leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to build an engaged and loyal online community

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights.
• Competence in Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
• Proven track record in creating and managing advertisements.
• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness.
• Understanding of budget processes.
• Experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in B2C marketing.
• Ability to generate creative concepts.
• Adept at creative problem solving.
• Must be a creative thinker.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and traditional marketing.
• Experience in creating commercials and video content.
