A Robert Half client is looking for a long-term Marketing Coordinator contractor. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing marketing tactics that support the overall marketing strategy. This position will work closely with the Head of Marketing and CMO to ensure seamless execution of email marketing, social media, and content initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing:Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns and e-newsletters using Mailchimp.
  • Ensure timely delivery and optimal performance of email campaigns.
  • Track and analyze email campaign metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Social Media Marketing:Execute and monitor social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Engage with the audience through comments and direct messages.
  • Track social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Media and Social Monitoring:Utilize Hootsuite to track and analyze the client's presence in news outlets and on social media platforms.
  • Identify potential media opportunities and brand mentions.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback promptly.
  • Content Management:Maintain a comprehensive email marketing and social media content calendar.
  • Update website content (including blog posts and calendar events) using WordPress.
  • Ensure brand consistency and style guidelines are adhered to across all digital platforms.
  • Implement brand guidelines for event pages created on Cvent or other relevant platforms.
  • Coordination and Support:Assist with other marketing-related tasks as assigned, such as event planning, market research, and report generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • B2B and B2G experience.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp) and social media management tools (Hootsuite).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
