Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and growth targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the brand value proposition.
- Marketing Communications:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing materials.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
- Proposal Development:
- Lead the proposal team to produce compelling, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals that win new business.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that clearly articulates unique value propositions.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Brand Management:
- Champion brand identity and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
- Develop brand guidelines and templates to maintain consistency and reinforce brand equity.
- Protect and enhance the company's reputation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Digital Marketing:
- Drive the company's digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing marketing team.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the construction or engineering industry.
- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals and achieving results through collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
