Job Overview:
The Head of Marketing, on behalf of our client, will be responsible for driving strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate company growth. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand presence, client engagement, and competitive positioning. The role is essential for developing marketing campaigns, creating impactful content, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive new customer acquisition and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for public relations and marketing communications to increase brand awareness.
  • Draft and distribute press releases to highlight business milestones and establish relationships with key media publications.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to create and automate targeted lead generation campaigns and improve CRM management for increased lead conversion.
  • Drive content development for corporate client events, webinars, trade shows, workshops, and marketing collateral (brochures, web content, LinkedIn/email campaigns).
  • Research and analyze competitors and key products, including AMI, to inform marketing strategies and client communication.
  • Manage and coordinate regional marketing campaigns with sales executives to target niche markets effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee partner events, lead generation programs, and company-hosted forums to strengthen industry presence.
Requirements Include:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Science degree with Python/SQL knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a senior marketing executive, ideally within a VC-funded FinTech or technology agency environment.
  • Prior experience managing lead generation, content creation, and strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in rapid-growth environments is a strong plus.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other data analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including event planning and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in press release writing and public relations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines.
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in marketing, analytics, or project management are a plus.
Knowledge:
  • Foundational understanding of marketing attribution models and how various channels contribute to overall program success.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
