The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, writing and distributing select internal and external communications for Catholic Charities. This position also provides support to administrative and program departments by ensuring that marketing brochures and other materials are created, information is gathered and written for news releases and website, and standards are maintained for all publications for Catholic Charities. The Marketing Specialist works with the Marketing and Public Relations Manager in implementing a comprehensive communications plan and goals for Catholic Charities. Major Responsibilities: 1. Develop, write, desktop publish and create graphic designs for Catholic Charities materials 2. Maintain, organize and manage marketing files, client releases and materials 3. Website editor for agency 4. Email Marketing/Communication 5. Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities 6. Assist with events as assigned, with a major focus on messaging and scripting 7. Collaborate with OA team members with events to support areas of operation as appropriate and as directed. 8. Develop and produce internal videos for employee communications and external videos for programs and services.
