Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to promote products/services and drive business growth.
Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Create and oversee the development of content, such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website copy.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to adjust strategies and ensure objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure marketing materials align with business goals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
Manage the creation of marketing assets such as promotional materials, presentations, and digital content.
Assist in organizing events, webinars, and campaigns to engage potential clients and customers.

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Knowledge of video production or multimedia content creation.
