Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, skilled in managing multiple projects, and dedicated to enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement. This role will involve social media management, content creation, event coordination, market research, and collaboration with internal and external partners. The position also involves traveling to various job locations across Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Budget and Strategy
    • Create and manage annual marketing budget
    • Build marketing plan, broken down by month and quarter
    • Execute plan, track, analyze and modify as needed to increase effectiveness
  2. Social Media Management
    • Develop, schedule, and monitor engaging posts across various social media platforms.
    • Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
    • Engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and fostering brand loyalty.
  3. Content Creation
    • Assist in designing promotional materials, newsletters, and educational documents.
    • Write, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
    • Collaborate on visual content production, including graphics and video.
  4. Event Coordination
    • Support the planning and execution of company events, including logistics, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
    • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
    • Promote events through digital and traditional channels to maximize attendance.
  1. Market Research
    • Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
    • Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights for campaign development.
    • Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  2. Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall strategy.
    • Partner with external agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • One-three years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and creative mindset.
