Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: 4 Denver Metro Motorcycle Dealerships
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Event and Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant who shares our love for motorcycles and is ready to hit the throttle on a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding career.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our marketing and event efforts, working directly with the Event and Marketing Manager, and collaborating with entire marketing team as well as Management at each dealership. If you're enthusiastic, organized, people-savvy, and eager to be part of an exciting industry, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support
- Assist with event setup and teardown at on-site and off-site locations
- Engage with clients and attendees with energy and professionalism
- Collect customer information and feedback at events
- Manage and distribute giveaways and promotional items
- Capture high-quality event photos and post in real time to social media platforms
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for motorcycles and Powersports
Marketing Support
- Print, distribute, and place monthly promotional materials across showroom(s)
- Assist with dealership signage, displays, and marketing collateral
- Support social media and content initiatives by providing on-the-ground updates and visuals
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Passion for motorcycles and Powersports is a must—motorcycle endorsement preferred
- Experience with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook is a plus
- Comfortable using a camera or smartphone to take engaging event photos
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
