The Manager of Marketing serves on our Leadership Team as a forward thinking-partner. They will demonstrate ownership for the Creating Raving Fans Strategy, specifically by delivering 2nd Mile Service and activating Emotional Connections Marketing in order to grow sales and build the brand. They create and execute the annual and 90-day marketing plan and system to market the Chick-fil-A brand both internally and externally ensuring Local Store Marketing, and Social Media Marketing occurs on a daily basis. They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community. This manager must demonstrate creativity and marketing strengths with the strong ability to think strategically in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions. They must have a growth mindset.

Most fast food restaurants barely go the first mile with their food & service, but we desire to always go the second mile. Dwarf House is extra special because we offer heritage food items that Truett Cathy served at his original restaurant (started in 1946), as well as some southern favorites like macaroni & cheese, collard greens, and other delicious sides and food items. We also offer our signature full-service section of the restaurant where guests can eat their favorite Chick-fil-A and Dwarf House products while being cared for by a server and dining on china.

Requirements
- Regular meetings with operator & leadership team
- Tracks and gets approval for needed marketing materials
- Communicating & seeking input from operator & leadership on Marketing Plan
- Ensure Real Food is being leveraged daily
- Ensure Chick-fil-A Cow is leveraged daily
- Ensuring REMARK-able Experiences are taking place
- Post Sales Results from each Week & Month
- Set an outside sales GOAL for every SIX months
- Focus building Catering relationships within the community
- Constantly being an advocate for growing the Chick-fil-A Brand inside and outside the store leveraging The Brand Strategy
- Building and Maintaining relationships with Schools & Community
- Maintaining Business and Professional contacts
- Involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide events
- Strives to have a positive influence on all who come in contact w/ Chick-fil-A
- Conducts SWOT analysis for restaurant growth & opportunities
- Produce 1 Catering lead a week & record it
- Tracks Coupons and Distribution of Coupons
- Coordinates Spirit Nights and Events. In-House & Out-of-House
- Ensures P.O.P is displayed properly and all Marketing materials are to Brand standard and is to Chick-fil-A's VIS (Visual Identity Standard)
- Willing to serve in Operations 2-3 hours per day on average
