We are actively seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic team players with an interest in marketing, a strong technical aptitude, skilled at creative project management, and outstanding customer service skills to join our RentCafe team as RentCafe Marketing Specialists (RCMS).
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, particularly focusing on their marketing strategies and website support needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone and email, addressing updates, changes, troubleshooting issues with RentCafe websites, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple creative projects by communicating assets required, key milestones and associated timelines, and providing best practice recommendations for marketing and website support.
- Setting clear expectations with clients surrounding creative project workflow, project milestone deadlines, and framework functionality.
- Provide exceptional consultation by listening to clients' business needs and offering strategic marketing solutions.
- Train clients in new product features, functionality, and best practices to ensure effective use of our products.
- Effectively troubleshoot website issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and providing thorough documentation for any escalated cases.
- Help with QA of marketing issues as they arise, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail, particularly during QA processes.
- Build rapport with clients, anticipate their business needs, and proactively provide marketing and website support solutions.
- Be an integral part of our outstanding team, collaborating closely with RentCafe Marketing Support team members across the United States and Canada.
- Maintain a friendly and cooperative communication style, fostering a collaborative work environment.
What you need to have
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related degree.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand multi-family marketing best practices.
- Strong ability to consult on best practices and manage client expectations effectively.
- Exemplary creative project management skills including time management and task prioritization.
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Desire to contribute to the group's knowledge and growth, being a supportive and proactive team player.
- Knowledge of current website content management systems.
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
- Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Adherence of processes and defined best practices.
- Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
- Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities while still operating efficiently.
- Masterful organization skills.
