The COM Department of Marketing and Public Affairs is an extremely high volume and high-performance office. * Working knowledge of or ability to learn graphic design software
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords
* Working knowledge of Adobe products such as Premier is a plus
* Ability to plan and implement all aspects of large-scale events

Job Duties
* Enrollment Marketing:
Plan, develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and retention. Create visually compelling, engaging and effective marketing materials that resonate with prospective and current students.
* Client Relationship Management (CRM) utilization:
This person will heavily utilize the college's client relationship management (CRM) system to build campaigns, design lead generation funnels and analyze performance data.
* Student Success Initiatives:
Promote programs, services and institutional activities throughout the year that support student success and enhance the student experience. Collaborate with various departments to highlight success stories and create content that encourages student engagement and retention.
* Marketing Campaigns:
Support the creation, launch, management and overall success of various marketing campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are visually appealing, engaging and effectively target appropriate audiences.
* Ticket Request System Management:
Assist with managing the marketing team's ticket request system by coordinating and prioritizing marketing requests from various departments, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
* College Collateral Development and Management:
Assist with the development and maintenance of various marketing collateral such as brochures, fliers, posters and digital assets. Ensure all materials are up to date, align with the College's branding guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences. Collaborate with internal departments to gather content and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
* Content Creation:
Participate in a wide range of activities including marketing copywriting for print, digital, social and web; Develop content that tells the College's story and highlights its programs and services.
* Event Planning:
Assist in planning and executing College events, ensuring effective promotion and community engagement.
* Reporting and Analytics:
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance; Provide regular reports on key metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
* Branding:
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the College's brand guidelines and enhance its reputation.
* Other:
Assist with simple website requests/updates and website event calendar listings as needed; manage digital monitors, including physical devices, content, etc.
Physical Requirements
Positions in this class typically require: stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Attendance Required.
