OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate investment trends and market dynamics. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our company's real estate investment offerings, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Approximately 30% of this role will be focused on leading and managing the investor targeting efforts, assisting Private Capital and Investor Relations to identify, promote and encourage prospective Hight Net Worth (HNW) investors to invest in real estate JV partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that adhere to 506(b) regulations while effectively promoting the brand.
  • Lead a small marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Develop, or work with 3rd party vendors, to create engaging multimedia content, including copy, illustrations, photography, video, and event materials to support branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for creation of marketing and sales assets; brochures, fliers, posters, signage, business cards, digital/print advertisings, emails, and more.
  • Design and/or oversee creation of email blasts, update web content, and design web landing pages.
  • Source photographers and videographers to capture and highlight asset features and people-based content.
  • Work regularly in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or other media editing software.
  • Partner with creative vendors for web & backend support. Assist in the development of website Wordpress/Genesis) as well as basic SEO, site linking, HTML and CSS cleanup.
  • Work with other third-party vendors to request estimates, place orders, approve proofs, source new processes/efficiencies and stay updated of production trends.
  • Translate strategic marketing objectives into comprehensive communication plans, ensuring timely execution.
  • Own, refine, and expand our email marketing contact database, ensuring effective outreach.
  • Collaborate across internal teams, providing content, layout, and distribution support for marketing efforts. Produce mock-ups and storyboards to illustrate design elements and initiatives. Ensure brand consistency and integrity of all artworks produced within the department.
  • Revise work based on input from stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular progress updates for the design team.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with in-depth knowledge of 506(b) regulations and experience developing marketing strategies that comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with senior executives and in teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment principles, terminology, and industry regulations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
