SUMMARY
We are seeking a visionary and well-rounded Marketing Manager for our plastic surgery and aesthetic centers of excellence. This role is responsible for developing and executing annual comprehensive marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and engagement, along with the overall growth of our renowned plastic surgery practice of Hedden and Gunn and its affiliated Spa Graystone.
This position requires experience in all aspects of digital marketing, public relations and event planning. As the marketing leader for the practice, responsibilities center on patient acquisition strategies; campaigns and promotions; strengthening the practice's digital presence and optimizing inbound marketing tactics.
The ultimate measure of success will be the inbound flow of leads through the website, social media and other inbound marketing channels. This will require continual analysis of digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization. To support your success, we are implementing an enterprise website and digital marketing platform to provide the visibility you'll need to respond proactively to changing market conditions. Supervisory experience is a plus as this role oversees a social media/marketing support position.
Communication is key as this position plays an integral role as the link between our larger group's centralized marketing strategy and your local execution. We are a highly collaborative organization with a focus on community, and we are searching for someone who can position this top-tier group of plastic surgeons front and center while having a positive effect on the business outcomes of the practice.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Develop digital marketing strategy in collaboration with clinical leaders, surgeons and Ascend Aesthetic Partners' central marketing team
- Manage the marketing budget for the practice, responsible for ROI
- Assure the inbound flow of leads through the website and other digital marketing optimizations is maximized
- Weekly analysis of marketing KPIs and the ability to optimize campaigns
- Manage the individual outreach plans to build a patient base for new surgeons
- Responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and posting of engaging content tailored to our local audience for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Manage and update the practice's website content to ensure current, accurate, patient-friendly, and compliant information is always available (e.g. before/after galleries, blogs,
- promotions) while continually improving SEO and SEM with the help of Ascend central marketing.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns and community events to increase awareness, patient acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Regularly report on campaigns and social media performance, providing actionable insights to refine and enhance tactics.
- Create print-based marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, etc.
- Plan and execute events.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Data analysis and data visualization
- Proven experience with digital content creation (video production & editing), website management, event planning and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, including project management
- Creative thinker, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage audiences.
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Knowledge of healthcare, plastic surgery, or aesthetics market is preferred.
- HIPPA and patient privacy experience
- Previous experience with Google Business Suite online reputation management is a plus.
