The Marketing Analyst will serve as the primary driver of data insights and strategy for the marketing team, focusing on optimizing acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This role will design and maintain robust reporting frameworks, analyze marketing performance across all channels, and translate data into actionable recommendations. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business intelligence, tech, the Marketing Analyst will ensure data integrity, support strategic decision-making, and drive meaningful revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is both analytically and strategically minded and has a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

By partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business intelligence, tech, the Marketing Analyst will ensure data integrity, support strategic decision-making, and drive meaningful revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and engagement rates.
- Analyze campaign performance across paid (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok), organic, and owned channels (email, SMS) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Implement and refine attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent use of UTM parameters and alignment with attribution strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify growth opportunities, improve funnel performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to improve segmentation and targeting strategies across channels.
- Partner with Business Analytics, internal and external channel teams to maintain data accuracy, ensure proper tracking instrumentation, and support data integration projects.
- Collaborate with lifecycle and paid media teams to optimize customer journeys and cross-channel effectiveness.
- Create actionable weekly and monthly reports to inform leadership on performance, trends, and revenue opportunities.
- Forecast and model revenue impact of new strategies, channel optimizations, and product changes.
- 4-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like BI, SQL, Looker, Tableau, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Proven ability to design and execute A/B testing and statistical analyses.
- Experience working with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), email/SMS tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive), and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Familiarity with attribution models and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
