Marketing Lead

Reporting To: Director of Marketing

Location: Roanoke, Texas (Monday through Thursday onsite weekly required)

Travel: up to 25% domestic travel (US & Canada) to attend marketing events as needed

Role Overview:

The Marketing Lead is responsible for customer success, leading the development and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies to create and promote the corporate identity and mission with key audiences (internal and external). They will be responsible for corporate events, corporate branded merchandise, and all dealer-related programs and activities.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand messaging.
  • Develop and implement dealer marketing strategies to support the growth and performance of the dealer network, owner of all dealer related activities and ensure customer success.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for customer events and dealer marketing. Collect feedback from dealers and customers to refine marketing strategies and improve dealer performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to determine event objectives and dealer marketing goals, ensuring ROI for each initiative.
  • Support the workflow of the department, and help leadership to set job expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews. They also coach and support new staff members.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related business field preferred
  • 5+ years of relatable marketing or communications work experience required
  • Previous leadership experience managing a small team required
  • Previous HVAC industry experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and extensive familiarity with brand building and management
  • Proficient knowledge in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions
  • Internal collaboration skills and cross functional teamwork adaptability to support competing priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Project management and time management skills to plan for events and coordinate event stakeholder's attendance and organize critical event pieces
  • The ability to troubleshoot challenges that pop up and navigate while working to meet event deadlines
  • A valid Driver's License in good standing
  • The Ability to travel domestically (USA & Canada) up to 25% as needed to events.
