About the Job:
We are seeking an innovative Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives to new heights! In this role, you'll oversee the operations of the Marketing team, and lead marketing efforts to enhance brand presence, promote products and services, support community relations initiatives, and engage our target audiences. You'll also collaborate with teams across the Bank to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, crafting innovative marketing strategies that reach and captivate our audiences, and aligning marketing efforts with the Bank's goals and mission. The individual in this role will also be instrumental in leveraging our partnership with the Worcester Red Sox, as well as managing our agency relationship.

The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000.
This position is Full Time, 40 hours weekly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May be Assigned):
Knowledge and Skills
It is required that the person in this position will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and resourceful with proven exceptional leadership skills. This forward-thinking individual will have the ability to work independently, to effectively prioritize and manage several projects at once and to be able to interpret ideas and facts for strong data analysis. Strong customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to make effective presentations in a group setting are also required.
This position requires strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint or presentation programs will be necessary. Must also have strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Social Media Channels and Management Platforms, WordPress, Blogging, SEO and Google Analytics. Experience with AdWords and Design Skills are preferred.
Education and Work Experience
A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business or Marketing is required. Additionally, a minimum of eight years of marketing experience is required, with a strong preference for experience in the financial services industry. At least three years of managing a team is also preferred. Must have experience in digital marketing tactics and reporting. The ability to understand Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and interpret customer data effectively is critical for success in this role.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position is in an office environment, which means the physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards, with a moderate level of noise. Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen with freedom of movement on a regular basis is expected. Minimal physical effort is required but could include: repetitive motion of wrists and fingers; talking and hearing; and handling of light materials and supplies. This position may require some travel between offices.

- Plays a key role in shaping and managing the Bank's brand, ensuring it resonates with our mission, "Made to Make a Difference." Maintains a consistent visual identity and messaging across all channels to reinforce the brand's impact.
- Develops, supports, manages and motivates the team to be highly skilled in all marketing processes.
- Collaborates and serves as liaison with the Bank's advertising agency of record on media planning, advertising, creative ideas, brand management and marketing initiatives. Manages the day-to-day agency activities and communication with internal stakeholders. Works closely with business line leaders, sales and business insights to develop marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, identify growth opportunities and address competitive challenges. Designs and executes integrated marketing strategies for customer acquisition and engagement activities to support the core market while focusing efforts on emerging markets.
- Oversight of all social media channels and strategy, optimization, content development, planning to support product promotions, highlighting success stories, employee achievements and customer experiences through social media channels through various mediums.
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance the website user experience, focusing on optimizing pathways to drive user engagement and increase conversion rates, ongoing focus on UX improvements, and content alignment and review with business lines and compliance. Monitor and refine website performance.
- Manages marketing request fulfillment from internal stakeholders and ensures effective alignment of deliverables to support sales efforts and other internal related requests.
- In collaboration with the CMO, and Vice President of Community Relations, assists in the coordination of media and event strategies to leverage the Bank's Worcester Red Sox partnership and all other strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Collaborates on the measurement and reporting on all sales and marketing campaigns including ROI and various KPIs and interpolates the data for communication to internal stakeholders through regular reporting.
- Collaborates with key internal stakeholders on product development, implementation, research and optimization processes and initiatives. Drives actionable data insights when considering new product or services and how it contributes to profitability.
- In collaboration with the CMO, develops the annual marketing budget, responsible for marketing expenses, marketing planning, vendor management, social media policy and auditing requests.
- Ensures all marketing and advertising processes are compliant with Regulatory and Bank policies. Oversees of all compliance-related signage in the banking centers and business offices.
- Actively participates in civic, professional, business and community events, associations and groups. Promotes a positive public image in the community and serves as a Brand Ambassador in the markets we serve. Will be required to support events on a regular basis.
