Job Title: Marketing Intern
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Administration
Hours Required: 20-30 hrs. per week
Duration: September - December/January
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Marketing Intern will report to the Houston headquarters office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (hours are flexible).
Major Responsibilities & Duties:
The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:

Major Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to pitch our services and schedule meetings/calls with audit partners. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Respond to incoming calls/emails from potential clients to answer inquiries and questions.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of calls and prospect interactions.
- Update prospects' details in our database.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the firms services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings.
- Become oriented with the Firm's practices, policies, and culture.
- Provide department support in a friendly, efficient, and organized manner.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
- Dedicated to superior client service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e., Excel).
