Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing marketing strategies:Develops and implements company's marketing strategy, including constructing marketing budgets
  • Managing marketing activities:Coordinates and manages marketing activities, including overseeing all marketing operations and ad spend
  • Overseeing social media: Schedules, posts, and monitors social media accounts
  • Analyzing implemented strategies:Analyzes and optimizes marketing campaigns based on performance data versus developed targets
  • Developing marketing materials:Leads the development of marketing materials and creatives

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Five or more years of B2C digital advertising experience
  • History of proven success reaching and converting an audience
  • Creative and innovative
  • Detail-oriented and administrative when needed
  • Passionate about identifying and reaching a demo and generating results
  • Proficiency with Adobe products and/or Canva
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Ability to understand and identify trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
