Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Create content using Google reviews, savings on insurance, etc to generate leads.

Create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging to showcase our team environment.

Engage with the online community, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.

Track and measure the success of social media campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.


Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Skill Set: Ability to create engaging content across various platforms.

Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Creativity: A creative mindset to bring innovative ideas to our campaigns and social media presence.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve marketing objectives.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Local Presence: Willingness to work on-site in South Lake, Texas.
