EnergyCAP, is seeking an ambitious and organized Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our fast-paced, growing climate tech team. If you are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for event management and marketing operations, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support various marketing campaigns, manage tradeshow and event logistics, and maintain our marketing database. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support various marketing campaigns, manage tradeshow and event logistics, and maintain our marketing database. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Team Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, assisting with day-to-day tasks and team coordination.
- Tradeshow Management and Logistics: Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, including managing booth setup, arranging vendor services, organizing travel, and supporting onsite execution to ensure smooth operations.
- Field Event Management and Logistics: Handle the planning and logistics of field events, managing details such as venue booking, registration, promotional materials, and post-event analysis.
- Data Entry and Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintain data quality across marketing systems.
- Additional marketing campaign support: Including but not limited to video, social media, customer community management, expense reports, and much more!
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
