Job location: Englewood, CO 80112 hybrid


Travel: Yes - periodically to social events & local project sites.

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 + profit sharing bonus (company performance / personal performance)

Education / Certifications: Bachelors degree preferred.


Required Experience:

  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Canva.
  • CRM (Currently Copper) and social media experience required.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in and around construction are preferred
  • A/V content development, editing and posting skills are preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
  • Experience in building case studies.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding sales team.


Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Account Manager and Project Director Team.This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, supporting the sales team, and enhancing the companys brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, strong copywriting and analytical skills, and proficiency in various digital tools and platforms.


Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare job specific proposal and SOQ packages
  • Work closely with Supervisor on digital/social campaigns to help manage and maintain the companys social media marketing efforts
  • Work closely with Supervisor to implement and maintain customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Work with external agency to keep website content (blog, photos, case studies, etc.) up to date.
  • Work with Supervisor to facilitate and promote the 11 Core Fundamentals of the Brand Promise, which is to consistently deliver a great client experience both internally and externally
  • Oversee social media presence including but not limited to LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Work closely with sales team to develop and finalize responses to requests for proposal, requests for information, and prequalification packages
  • Assist with the creative development and maintenance of sales collateral: presentations, statements of qualification, inserts, brochure covers, corporate programs, digital assets, business cards, etc.
  • Work with Supervisor and external agency on new materials for marketing and special events
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our University continuing education courses
  • Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including marketing events, project roll out/start ups, and events in conjunction with business development and sales
  • Facilitate the creation and order project signage as needed work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production time
  • Provide estimating, bid preparation and business development administrative support as requested
  • Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in and around construction are preferred
  • Strong copywriting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • A/V content development, editing and posting skills are preferred
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness, patience and motivational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Canva. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are a plus
  • CRM (Currently Copper) and social media experience required
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems with diplomacy
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
