The Marketing Manager assists in developing and maintaining the company marketing plan and budget by executing marketing strategies for various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings. This role is responsible for managing events and coordinating logistics from start to finish, meeting deliverables and promotion deadlines, coordinating the event sales team and lead generation tools, ensuring brand messaging, and providing sales campaign support. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing. What you will do Marketing Partners with the Marketing Team, BD, account managers, and other internal or external stakeholders to help execute creative, impactful marketing strategies that achieve organizational goals for brand awareness, lead generation, client acquisition and retention, and product/service marketing Assists in building and implementing approved marketing strategies into comprehensive tactical marketing plans, including applicable timelines and measurements of success. Implements appropriate aspects of marketing plans across all channels by effectively managing scope, schedule, and budget. Monitors and reports results of marketing efforts promptly to appropriate decision makers; analyzes campaign effectiveness and seeks out best practices to improve campaign results. Assists in building relationships with the media to promote the company's message. Sales Support Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows, including UDC booth logistics coordination, contract labor needs, conference deliverables, social venue and planning, and sales attendee registrations. Supports pre-conference and post-conference lead development and nurturing via targeted communications and campaigns. Assists in developing sales collateral materials and tools aligned with defined goals and strategies, including writing, editing, and graphic design of content. Maintains and organizes sales collateral materials within the UDC offerings library. Assists in communicating and training on marketing initiatives as they impact the sales team or companywide. Web-based Content Marketing Assists to implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company's website(s). Provides direction to resources and cross-departmental content teams to create and curate content for various channels to support inbound web marketing strategies and generate leads. May assist in content creation, editing, and curation. Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company. Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s). Manages and ensures marketing collateral and content on company's website remain current. Assists to maintain the company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes the company brand through these channels. Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing. Brand Management Assists in maintaining brand imagery/logos, email signature, presentation and letterhead templates, and other collateral related to brand messaging within the Marketing Materials document library. Additional Duties Location Remote, must be willing to travel up to 10% (9 days per quarter) Supervisory Responsibilities This role directly supervises the Marketing Associate team member(s).
