Job Description:
In this role you will develop and execute digital strategies to maintain brand equity and gain market share, which requires a comprehensive understanding of the individual brand, its target market, and the brand's overall vision and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all in-season execution for product-focused storytelling and promotional events on homepage, email, and digital media.
- This includes in-season asset briefing, linking and promotional communication strategy, and leading cross-functional team in in-season asset development and execution. Additional tasks include giving initial feedback in project team reviews, taking away any updates relating to the creative, presenting assets in leadership reviews, and managing changes to asset strategy and creative based on any promotional updates.
- Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams from creative to CRM, commercial planning, media, merchandising, online experience, digital production, external agencies, and more.
- Analyze performance metrics and competitive landscape to continually iterate marketing assets to match up-to-date best practices. Work with cross functional teams to ideate and execute test and learn across channels.
- Must be a product expert and be able to take assets from conception to creation.
- Lean in and support Manager with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Key Experiences:
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing; content marketing experience required
- Proven ability to translate product stories into compelling marketing messages; a natural storyteller
- Strategic, data-driven, global thinker with a customer focused mindset
- Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data
- Strong ability to prioritize on the go
- Team player with top notch people skills who can foster dynamic relationships with cross-functional teams
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, comfortable with ambiguity
- Laser focused on results both at an individual level and for the team at large
- Self-starter with an innate sense of curiosity and eagerness to test and learn
- Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred
