PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Execution of media plans as outlined by the Digital Media Manager and Sr Media Manager
- Buying internally: Build campaigns in Ads managers
- Media Partner: Translating media plan into hand off document
- Ensure quality of all ad campaigns with a particular focus on media flighting and targeting
- Daily monitoring of spend pacing, audience performance, creative performance
- In coordination with Ad Ops manager, ensure all ad placements are built to spec, tags are generated and QA'd and pixels are placed and firing before campaign launch
- Assist in managing external agency partner deliverables, continuously communicating with Project Management and Account teams
- Facilitate communication between vendor partners and Media Team by scheduling meetings, organizing deliverables such as media kits, rates, and proposal responses
- Assist with ongoing budget reconciliation
- Assist with pulling media analytics report, ensuring spend and delivery are accurate
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field
- 0+ years of integrated media experience is desired but not required
- Knowledge of online ad platforms, specifically Meta, TikTok, Google Ads Manager and Programmatic Media
- Familiarity with paid campaign process
- Familiarity with data analytics for in-platform monitoring and optimizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Channel certifications are a plus
- Self-motivated; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication; problem solving, and decision-making skills
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000/yearly
