What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the media team in the creation and implementation of media strategy across all touchpoints and media channels, on time and within budget
  • Assist in the development of media strategy and presentations
  • Facilitate daily communication with clients and agency teams to ensure the smooth stewardship of your clients' media plans
  • Grow leadership by working with media strategists to delegate tasks necessary for the implementation and stewardship of clients' media plans; this includes training strategists on various resources used within the agency
  • Improve leadership skills through mentorship and other leadership training opportunities
  • Review work with a critical lens and provide feedback
  • Assist with the billing process through collaboration with accounting team

What You Have in Your Background
  • A bachelor's degree or a wide range of education and life experiences; the ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and culture
  • Three to five years of communication strategy with experience related to paid media
  • Hands-on experience with various media resources such - as but not limited to - Microsoft Excel, Mediaocean/Prisma, Kantar, MediaTools, Sizmek, Nielsen, etc.
  • Experience analyzing data and drawing insights that make media plans more effective
